Timer Andras selects and operates the IT tools used to process personal data in the course of providing the service in such a way that the data processed is (1) accessible to those authorised to access it (availability); (2) authenticated and verified (authenticity of processing); (3) verifiable as unalterable (data integrity); (4) protected against unauthorised access (data protection). The rights you have during the period of data processing are the following: the right to information and access to data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to object. You may at any time during the period of processing request information from Timer András about the processing of your personal data. Timer András shall inform you in writing within the shortest possible period of time from the date of the request, but not later than 30 days, of the data processed, the purposes, legal basis and duration of the processing and, if the data have been transferred, who has received the data and for what purposes. At any time during the period of processing, you may request András Timer to rectify your personal data. Timer András shall comply with your request within 30 days at the latest. You also have the right to request Timer András to delete your data from our records. Our Company shall comply with your request for erasure within 30 days at the latest. The right of erasure does not extend in particular to cases where Timer András is obliged by law to continue to store the data (for example, in connection with invoicing).
